We deliver Bazaar Forms orders within the contiguous 48 United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses or international destinations.

From order to delivery

Order processing takes 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, transit takes 2–7 days. These are separate periods; transit begins after processing. Weekends and holidays can affect processing, and carrier disruptions or severe weather can affect delivery.

Simple shipping rates

• Orders of $59 or more: free standard shipping.
• Orders below $59: $6.99 standard shipping.

The threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after any discounts, before tax. Shipping is shown in your bag and at checkout after a qualifying address is entered. We select the carrier appropriate for the order and send tracking information when available.

Please review your street address, apartment or unit number, state and ZIP code before ordering. If you notice an error, contact [email protected] or 828.781.0847. Address changes depend on the stage of processing and cannot be guaranteed once an order has shipped.

If a delivery needs attention

If tracking shows an unexpected delay or a parcel does not arrive, contact us with your order number. If an item arrives damaged, keep the item and packaging and share photos when possible so we can help. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for your options.
