Your details, thoughtfully handled.

This policy explains how Bazaar Forms, operated by The Toy Bazaar LLC, handles personal information when you browse bazaarforms.com, contact us or place an order.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, order details, account details and messages. Our hosting services also record technical information such as IP address, browser type, request times and pages requested for security and reliable operation. Please do not send card details in messages.

How we use it

We use these details to process and support orders, deliver purchases, manage returns, respond to questions, maintain accounts, prevent misuse and meet recordkeeping obligations. We do not sell your personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

Cookies on this site

Essential cookies keep your shopping bag, checkout and signed-in account working. WooCommerce may use woocommerce_items_in_cart, woocommerce_cart_hash and wp_woocommerce_session_* for shopping sessions. WordPress uses login and security cookies when you sign in, and a login-page cookie checks browser support. The bf_cookie_choice cookie remembers your Accept or Decline choice for up to one year. We do not run analytics or advertising scripts or order-source attribution tracking.

Accept and Decline both leave essential shopping functions available. You can reopen the choice using Cookie Settings in the footer. You may also clear or block cookies in your browser, though this may affect account and shopping features.

When information is shared

We share the information necessary to provide our services with hosting, email, shipping and related service providers. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect the site and our customers. We do not publish contact-form submissions or customer account details.

Retention & security

We retain order and support information as needed for customer service, business records and applicable legal requirements. We use HTTPS and access controls to protect information, although no method of storage or transmission can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can update account information after signing in or contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information. Some records may need to be retained for legal or operational reasons. We may verify your identity before responding. This site is intended for general home decor shopping and is not directed to children under 13.
