You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please pack glass and ceramic pieces carefully for their return trip.

How to return an item

  1. Keep your order number and identify the item you are returning.
  2. You can contact [email protected] or 828.781.0847 for instructions or send the eligible item to our return address below. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout inside the package.
  3. Use protective packaging and retain your shipping receipt and tracking number.

Who pays return shipping?

We cover return shipping for quality issues, an incorrect item or shipping damage. Please contact us so we can arrange the appropriate return method; you do not need to pay for a return label for those reasons. For a change of mind, size preference or other customer-choice return, you are responsible for return shipping. Original standard shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged or incorrect items

Let us know what happened and provide your order number. Photos of the item and packaging help us understand the issue, but do not shorten your 30-day return window. We will work with you on a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Inspection & refunds

We inspect returns within 3–5 business days of receipt. Once the return is approved, we initiate the refund to the original payment method. The time for the credit to appear depends on your bank or payment provider. If a return does not meet the unused and original-packaging conditions, we will contact you to explain the issue.

Exchanges & cancellations

For a different color or style, return the original item under this policy and place a separate order for the item you prefer. Contact us promptly if you need to cancel; cancellation is possible before dispatch when processing allows it. Once dispatched, the return policy applies.
